an issue with this app. I want to download the fard for my personal records but the fard was not showing in the pending section even though I have already submitted the challan. And now 3 fard records are showing in the pending section but none is showing in the completed section. I have also filed a new complaint on the link you have provided along with fee submission proofs.

Since the new update, I have been experiencing several issues: 1. There are some pending transactions in my service history that I deleted, but after logging in again, they reappear in my history instead of remaining deleted. 2. When I try to generate a PSID for payment following error message: shows "Too many requests for payment. Please try again later." Please investigate these issues and provide a fix as soon as possible. Thank you.

Extremely frustrating experience. I've installed latest updated version of application. Every time I try to reset my password, it shows the error "Too many OTP requests from your network. Please try again later." Even after waiting for two full days without making any requests, the error persists. The OTP system is completely broken. Giving it 1 star because I cannot even log into my account. Please fix this bug immediately!
