Facing error "Error during communication! Please check your internet connection or try again later." Overall app is nice and simple, just Fee is high as it's providing digital file not printing and sending as mail so fee should be less. Thank you

Very Disappointed. Applied REGISTRY copy on 21.08.2026. Paid fee Rs. 1521 but attested copy not provided to me till today 01.09.2026. I lodged a complain in app but no response even after 5 days. No contact number is provided for help. Very disappointing. My order still in pending orders not in completed order. when i tried to re order they asked me to submit fee again.

Since the new update, I have been experiencing several issues: 1. There are some pending transactions in my service history that I deleted, but after logging in again, they reappear in my history instead of remaining deleted. 2. When I try to generate a PSID for payment following error message: shows "Too many requests for payment. Please try again later." Please investigate these issues and provide a fix as soon as possible. Thank you.
