Ratings and reviews

Good app but definitely has a need for improvement. 1) Not consistent with sending refill requests, when it's not allowing requests I end up calling in the refill which defeats the purpose of the app; 2) would be efficient if the prescription number would automatically update when a new script is received; 3) Would be ideal to have notification when refill # is at one or delayed; 4) Ability to send/receive messages. Not perfect but it definitely has potential and improved from last design.

Notifications to take meds are useless. No sound alarm. Just shows up at top of screen. If there is no audio alarm and I am not actively on my phone I won't get the notification until I look at my phone screen again. I searched and searched the whole app, even went into phone settings under apps. Saw nothing about reminders exept time to set them. Nothing about alarms. Other than that it seems fine. But that is a huge problem to have for anyone who is forgetful or just gets busy.

App works pretty good, I wish it had a text feature to let you know when your meds are done, and a way to look up what meds you have on file so when you're filling requests for seniors you can easily know if there's any they forgot about or have been discontinued. The staff at the Raiter Clinic location are amazing at their jobs!
