this app worked great at first, but then it started refusing to refill prescriptions, even when it shows that there are refills available. there is no way to report problems in the app, and my pharmacy says they have no way to report problems either. what's up with that? I tried logging out and logging back in, and then reinstalling the app. nothing works!

Decent app, but it doesn't make sense that prescriptions have to be added manually. For instance... doctor gives a new prescription, it has to be filled, picked up, then manually added to the list. It also doesn't show refills remaining or last filled dates. All a guessing game on what scripts are available and what needs to be refilled. This app should make it easier to keep track of medications, not make it more difficult with extra steps.

This app is very generic. You have to add your scripts instead of them automatically being added when you first get them filled. It doesn't tell you how many refills are remaining nor when the script was last filled. Somehow my daughter's scripts are automatically being filled, even though she doesn't need them all. On the other hand, I have to order mine every time even though I take them regularly. I've looked & looked but there's no where for me to change the settings.
