The app forgets your medications all the time. I've had to re-enter my prescription multiple times. It will also give you an error sometimes when you order a refill, and it may or may not go through to the pharmacy. The design is also poor. The options to manage people and manage medications are not highlighted or shown as a button, so it is not obvious you can click on them.

The lists have no option to sort chronologically or alphabetically. The same prescription shows multiple times and places, so the entire list must be scanned to see the most recent refill for any given prescription. The links are one way, to the pharmacy. There is no information sent back to the user from the pharmacy: if it is ready, delayed. Every order requires a phone call to see if it's ready for pickup. In this more rural area where I live, I cannot assume anything is ready.

the app doesn't notify when prescriptions are ready for pick up. the prescriptions don't auto populate to the account and there is no information available on order history (rx#, refills, pick up date, etc). I have to save the paper copy, not very efficient.
