garbage, absolute garbage. Want to playback a date to review an event? You better have 2 hours to kill. The UI is utterly unusable. Switching camera veiws will result in parts of the UI disappearing. Reviewing footage from days prior is an absolute headache because everything will begin to malfunction. Changing the number of cameras on screen while reviewing footage brings the app to a screeching halt. I hate that I have to use this awful piece of bloat ware because my boomer boss hasn't a clue

We really regret going with an installation that had these cameras. They're the same quality if not worse than Nest. They're more expensive and just not worth it at all. The app hardly ever works and is insanely awful. Navigating even a few seconds to fast forward can take > 10 seconds. It's a nightmare trying to find any incidents that happened. Do yourself a favor and go with a Ring/Nest/other solution.

Now that my phone has updated to Android 12 this app no longer works. Cleared memory, deleted and reinstalled, still not working. Giving access to all of DW's different types of servers in one app is a great idea for those like me with different types - when it works. Please fix. Update 7/14/23: still not working at all. The other DW apps work. Hope DW fixes this.
