No practical macro tracking! While you can view the nutritional info for each food item, the app doesn't add it up through the day. I can't easily track fat intake, which is necessary due to my gallbladder. The vegetarian meal plan leans heavily on tofu, especially in the first two weeks. I found most of the meals to be bland and repetitive. My biggest gripe is the exercise portion. It moves on, even if you haven't been doing the exercises. Taking breaks means it gets too hard.

I like the recipes and they're good for the most part. But for example for the black bean chili the recipe called for way too much water and I had to cut it in half. However, my biggest complaint is the lack of flexibility in entering custom meals. Supposedly you can do it but I was not able to enter all the ingredients that I had for my custom meal. Plus half the time when you go back to swap out a meal, you can't find leftover meals or other meals when you search.

This app is a great mini version of the website to help track things. my main complaint is the streak tracker. I hadn't opened the app in over a week and still had a streak of tracking. it counts info from outside devices (i.e. my Fitbit) as part of the streak. so the streak counter isn't motivating at all. it would be more helpful for it to count manually input information for streaks.
