This app is currently not working at all. It is not possible to access any data or indeed even to log in, since the most recent update in Dec 18. The app has always been a little hit-and-miss, which is a great shame as it would otherwise be really useful. Surely Nissan can - after so many years - put some time and resource into providing and supporting an app which enables EV drivers to derive the full benefit of the technology in the vehicle. Come on...listen up...you can do so much better!

When it works it's really good. Gives useful info. But the loading times are terrible, there are more and more times where it never loads and is stuck in a requesting information loop. It seems to randomly log you out from time to time. edit: not longer loads... Just tells me the app stopped working a c**ps out. Edit: never works now. Just closes as soon as open.

Can't even open the app. First said USB debugging needs to be turned off. In many android apps and phones this is needed, so that's a pain, but after it's turned off and even after clearing data and cache and rebooting, reinstalling, you name it, it fails to open with a totally unhelpful message "An invalid operation was detected against this application. The application cannot be used after an invalid operation is performed". Useless application. Should cater for all Nissan customers.
