Owned a second-hand Leaf (2017) since 2020 and used this app a lot. My car is now being discontinued from the app - in other words the app won't work from Mar 31st. Not happy about it and don't see a reason for it. The app itself is clunky at best. Refreshing your car's status can take minutes - if it's on your drive it's quicker to go look yourself every time. What I will miss is the scheduling of charge times and warming it remotely in the winter. So, not great, but also the only option.

Been using this app with a UK Leaf generation 1 (ze0) for years, works great. Remote climate control on/off to pre-warm the car in winter, vice-versa in summer. Can also check charge level, switch on/off charge remotely. Downsides: A bit slow when updating charge state or remote climate control due to the car only using a cell network not WiFi.

Loading times are rather slow, but the app is useful for remote climate start and charge monitoring. It would be great to have option to limit charge to lower than 100% to take better care of the battery.
