Ratings and reviews

When investing in U.S. stocks, the app should allow portfolio values to be displayed in USD. Currently, showing performance in THB mixes stock gains/losses with currency fluctuations, which is confusing. It’s unclear whether changes come from the stock or from exchange rates. Please consider letting users choose a base currency (USD/THB) or clearly separate stock performance from FX impact.

I experiencing difficulties with the Android application login functionality. The application persistently downloads, and the only temporary resolution involves utilizing the iOS version to remove the login device. However, this solution proves ineffective, as the login issue recurs within a day. We require immediate attention to resolve this persistent login problem.

I've been using Dime since the app's launch, and it still hasn't caught up to other brokers. The problems are the same, but they keep repeating. How many opportunities have users lost? I'd like to ask the app development team to consider this. ☺️ If customers have a problem, just have them talk to the bot. Will it provide a direct answer to the problem? I'd like to rank it as the worst investment app of the year.
