How to Order Good Times:
- Hit “Start Order”
- Choose a category and add an item or modify an item to add to your cart
- After you’ve finished adding items to your order, select “continue” from your cart
- Proceed through the checkout flow, and monitor your delivery progress from your order confirmation screen
- Visit your account to reorder past orders quickly

Good Times All-Natural Burgers & Frozen custard has been serving Colorado Native Burgers since 1987.  Good Times uses all-natural beef and chicken that’s antibiotic-free with no added hormones, small-batch frozen custard made throughout the day, authentic Green Chile breakfast burritos, handspun frozen custard shakes & Spoonbenders, and, of course, our legendary Wild Fries & Wild Dippin’ Sauce. Plus a lot more, all prepared in our unique Good Times way, in which doing it right is what matters most.

reward redemption is ridiculous. it takes 15 minutes to add the reward to an account after activating it. then, I wasn't able to use the free small shake reward on one of the limited time shakes despite it being a...small...shake. caused many ordering delays. in general, I'll schedule a pickup time only to find out that the restaurant made the order upon receipt, sometimes 30 minutes before I arrive. if the food has to be under heat lamps for safety, what was my bag of food doing just chilling?

I downloaded the app to try mobile ordering. I submitted an order for pick up in 20 minutes. When I got to the store, they told me that they didn't have any online orders in the system. I double checked, and I submitted the order to that location and even had a confirmation email, and my card was charged too. They still said they didn't show any orders on their end. I ordered again and paid a second time. I tried to refund in app, but the Order History page doesn't work. Don't recommend this app

App is very clunky. When setting up your account, you need to add your birthday. Rather than typing it in, it pulls up a calendar and you have to move back month by month from 2010. Finally gave up and used a year 30 years after my birthday. Ordering the burger is also overly complicated. To get a plain cheeseburger i had to remove toppings one by one (a few clicks per topping). Improve your user experience!
