Ratings and reviews

Still has a way to go in functionality. Takes a while to place an order because you can't just go back to a previous screen, it takes 3 or 4 clicks to get back to the previous menu list. No value is offered for ordering through the app vs in person (i.e incentives or rewards), so I don't really understand the point of using this.

App is very clunky. When setting up your account, you need to add your birthday. Rather than typing it in, it pulls up a calendar and you have to move back month by month from 2010. Finally gave up and used a year 30 years after my birthday. Ordering the burger is also overly complicated. To get a plain cheeseburger i had to remove toppings one by one (a few clicks per topping). Improve your user experience!

I downloaded the app to try mobile ordering. I submitted an order for pick up in 20 minutes. When I got to the store, they told me that they didn't have any online orders in the system. I double checked, and I submitted the order to that location and even had a confirmation email, and my card was charged too. They still said they didn't show any orders on their end. I ordered again and paid a second time. I tried to refund in app, but the Order History page doesn't work. Don't recommend this app
