Some time ago, Dineplan decided to start charging a R6 platform fee for bookings with a prepayment. While I understand the requirement to fund the system, the prepayment primarily benefits the restaurant with reduced administrative overhead, and reduced no shows. I therefore don't think it's fair to push this cost onto the customer. I still use the app for bookings, but will no longer be doing prepayments through it instead contacting the restaurants directly.

It delivers on what it promises...and then some! It's fast, allows you to have a record of what has been confirmed at your fingertips and is VERY easy to use! My only gripe (which I discussed with the developer - and unfortunately it's the restaurants whom have requested this) is that once you have used the app to book a bar for pre-drinks you cannot use the app on the same day to book a restaurant for after the drinks?!

Great way to get access to tons of great restaurants. Quick and easy to use.
