for those having issues connecting their device, after numerous tries it would not work connecting it by pressing Bluetooth on the app. The best way to do it, is make sure your account is registered and then click on the tab top right and where it says add AI device click on the Bluetooth device from your phone's Bluetooth list, so make sure you've paired that way. it should pair right up. Thank me later

funny arrived app does not work. doesn't send code goes into pairing mode and just disappears back to main screen. does it on two different phones? these are not what was advertised. they are absolute waste of money. I will be sending them back to get a refund. let's see how that goes

can't get the code to sign in to register the app. this is a scam and a total waste of money!!
