The app just straight-up refuses to connect to any of the headphones that I try to connect to, as well as refuses to allow the connection between the case and said headphones! This app is complete garbage, and no wonder why their touch screen bluetooth headphones went massively cheap! (Went from over $60 to just $20 on Walmart) I'm hopping mad at this, and I will be demanding a refund for this outrage if this isn't fixed!

After setting up and pairing ready to use the translation mode only to find they do not automatically translate you have to choose the language to translate from and pay a subscription. None of which was mentioned in the advert .. thinking I might send them back.

I have smart glasses and a valid e mail. app says e mail and password is invalid tho. so please dont waste your time getting any version of this app think imma give the glasses away or try another app maybe . what a waste of time. many others voiced this same complaint idk why I thought it would mysteriously work for me . read reviews first and dont waste your time wth this app
