For starters, it's not a $3/wk subscription. You have to pay for a quarter of the year up front. There are also different meal plans so there are multiple subscriptions. It's too expensive imo. If you get the same blank white screen I'm getting, press back to exit the app. Open the app again and you might see 'login successful' at the top of the screen. Wait several seconds and it should load. If it doesn't, back out of the app again and open it again. They should fix the app with all the $$$.

A majority of the time this app won't even load. I just get a white screen. When it does work you can't delete menu items. I have to uninstall the app and reinstall to create a new menu. I don't want to print out shopping list every week. Having the app and being to check off items on my phone as I shop is convenient, when the app works.

THEY DO NOT SENT CANCELLATION NOTICES, YOU NEED TO EMAIL THEM TO CONFIRM. The cust. service seems to not understand the issue with not sending out conf. emails for cancellations. Was charged $36 7/31 and thought I had successfully canceled. Was then charged 3 months later an additional $36 and emailed them when I saw the charge on my bank account. They were unhelpful in getting a refund. Seems unhonest since they do not provide conf. of cancellation and you do not know until charged again..
