Not looking good so far. I signed up earlier today, set a password, and added my spouse, which the app almost didn't seem to let me do. Now I'm trying to log in and the biometric login I set doesn't work, my email and password don't work, and the password reset form, you guessed it, doesn't work.

broken. you CAN NOT reset password, use smartlink, or doing anything to login. had to delete the app and CALL just to log into my account and still waited 40 minutes for help... would give zero stars. communicating this to my boss so they hopefully stop using this service
