Needs Help 2nd review------New Update now will close on back button but still needs to be force stopped to make it work after reopening . Still crap. 3rd review------ Getting better, no need to force stop app to reopen on Galaxy s6 . Up to 3.5 to 4 stars. Needs improvement on lag time of opening app. My chamberlain garage door app is very fast and snappy to use and open. Hope Directed fixes the speed of the app then 5 stars.
New update fixed my issues but still lacking Much better update than the last one. Works much better. Pet peeve: Entering the passcode now requires the extra step of clicking Done on the keyboard. Still not a fan of the big button floofy interface. Too easy to accidentify start when just trying to review status.
Getting better Im stretching to give it a 3 now, since last time I've gave it a1. The commands are responding a little better than before this last update.
Horrible It Worked decent on my iPhone 6, changed over to Samsung s7 edge and now it only works on my home WiFi. I called support and was informed that iPhone should have bug fixes, no word on android app. Only solution that was given was to delete app and reinstall which only gave me the headache of entering in the login information that wouldn't recognize. Payed for 3 year plans on 2 vehicles for no reason apparently as there are no fixes in sight. Update: Got app working until update and now broken again.
Not happy This app maybe works 50% of the time. I expected way more.
Worst service EVER! Worked fine until i had to renew my subscription then app stopped working! Called directed 3 times and was told they would call back and never did. Emailed and was told they would look into my problem, never heard back! Absolutely pathetic customer service and not worth the 200 i spend a year on both my cars.
