Used to be fast when it comes to customer inquiries, now it takes days to get a response and issue resolution is very poor. For example, I was inquiring about an SRO form which I didn't get when the deadline to submit was nearing. I emailed three times, tried their phone number (doesn't work), sent a chat message via FB, but there was no response for days. When they finally responded, I was sent a low resolution PICTURE of the form and the process indicated there was not aligned with the FAQs

Great! Best trading platform! Problems: Settings should be saved across web and phone on different devices. Web and phone settings on tabs are different. Watchlists are also not maintained cross platform. There should be options to remove some windows in both web and app to declutter based on preference.

I have Timson, COL, Philstocks, BDO Nomura and AAA. So far, this is the best among those I've tried and very revolutionary with those automatic cutloss/buy on breakout feature. Both the web app and the mobile app are very sophisticated yet easy to use.
