I'm glad that Disa is not overloaded with features like Facebook Messenger; the app is light on battery. However, one feature crucial for me is among those that are not included. That is polls. Right now there is a possibility to see who voted in a poll, however there is no option to create a poll or participate in one. Once this is fixed, I'll be happy user.
Edit: WhatsApp is no longer supported which reduces the utility of this app. I hate fb messenger. I don't like the pop up bubble notifications and I don't like how it, perplexing, just didn't occasionally notify me of a new message. These problems stopped when I integrated my fb account with disa. Merging different services is easy and switching messaging apps on the fly is easy and convenient.
App was working excellent until a week ago but now crashes when opened occasionally and won't open at all. Sent 3 problem reports but it is still happening. Only using it for whatsapp on a samsung galaxy s7 edge
This app does not work now. So don't download and waste your time of you want to use whatsapp. Stupid app, should have told in advance.. Such a waste
This app is amazing, as you can have whasapp and facebook messages on one app. This means switching between them very quickly and using about a third or a quater of the storage space of whatsapp and messenger combined. My only reason for giving 4 stars, is that on; All pictures and videos sent and recieved on my phone are saved, but not displayed in the gallery. The only solution to this is to move the files manually to other folders which is frustrating and time consuming. This also means they can no longer be accessed from within the app. If this were fixed, a Telegram plugin were added, and the app launched quicker, then this would be by far the best app in the play store, and a solid 7/5!
I like that I only need 1 app for my messaging and that I can combine message threads. I HATE HATE HATE HATE that the image quality of sent images on Facebook is so horrible. MMS messages I can understand having poor quality but Facebook there really is no reason for this. Clicking on a sent image you can see it is all pixilated. As a photographer this is unacceptable. Sending a screenshot the text is hard to read. I end up having to open the FB messenger app to send quality images and they turn out pristine. This has happened on my old Nexus 6, current LG G6 and my wifes LG V20. I looked for a setting to fix this and found none.
