I would give 5 stars, but you cannot efficiently admin servers bigger than 99 users on this. I have found that after the server hits the 100 users it will only show 99 users in server management. And same with notifying people. You can only notify 99 users. Or so I have found. I can live with not seeing the offline list after 100 users, but how am I supposed to manage the server if I cannot see all the users? And not to talk about not being able to notify everyone. I don't want to limit my server on 99 users to be able to use mobile efficiently. Fix this and I will give it the 5 stars it deserves, but now it just feels like a lite version of the full app. And please bring back the offline list after 100 users, I can live without it, but it would be nice
I'm not sure if this only happens to Android users but my brother and I can't share images with our friends. We have to save the image in our phones and then we can share it. The preview of the image DOES show up but it just doesn't post it for whatever reason. If there was a way to fix this, it'd make the app more enjoyable for me
Great app, but it does suffer in comparison to its pc counter-part. Also for some reason, if a photo takes a while to send on android, the app seems to give up and just cancels the upload of the photo, passing it off as a "network error." I know this is a lie as the exact same photo can be sent perfectly fine on ios and on my PC, using the same wifi network.
Great and better than others I've used. Two primary areas of improvement are... 1) my phone REALLY lags after installing because it runs in the background and is a processor hog. Cannot shut it down without task killer! 2) Setting up a server is not as intuitive as it needs to be. 3) still better than Line.
I really really like Discord, Im using it since over a year now and the concept is awesome. The mobile version is almost 100% just as the computer version which is the best when I'm not home. However I can't find the emote list while on my phone, and I can't "react" to a message with an emote either, do they exist on the mobile version? If not then I hope this is coming out in an upcoming update soon!
It starts fast, has nearly all the features the desktop version has, usability is quite good and easy, voice quality is top and it is free. In contrast the Android TeamSpeak app is much worse in every aspect and also costs you money. Oh, and thanks for keeping this app ad-free!
