Ratings and reviews

I am happy with the offers and the choice of classes. But the app itself is really slow. Most of the times, I cannot unlock my sessions when I reach the studio. Later, when I enter the app, I am forced to either unlock the session or choose the option 'Can't make it'. Since I actually 'made it', I choose the option 'Unlock'. To this I'm told that I cannot unlock one hour after the work out ends. The app is most of the times stuck and it takes a lot of time just to get one task to finish.

Fitternity provides worst service. We had a corporate tie up. I booked one gym and the gym branch manager said we are not now tied up with gym and the reason he told me that (Fitternity not releasing our payment from their side). That's the worst thing. And the support they have is totally useless mobile is always switched off and chat isn't responding. Totally worthless.

Lots of gyms are there who are already closed a year back but still showing in the app. App has hell lots of bugs and also gets crashed frequently. Not a reliable app. Customer support is also very slow.
