Every time a storm passes or heavy cloud coverage is near, I get very little service. While it's better than 2018. It's not much better. Honestly, I'm better off with the antenna that I had. There are channels that make no sense whatsoever. Who wants bonusviews or 80 different music channels? Amazon Prime is better. If you already have Amazon Prime. Don't download the app on dish! You will not be allowed to get the same shows or movies that you already have on Amazon Prime from the app on dish.

doesn't open. stuck on the splash screen. this was working just fine for me before the latest update. I got this to pay my parents TV bill since dish now sends the bill with less than a week to pay, and now I have to use their site and remember passwords for people who won't... ~Edit: got it to work after deleting my cache and data in the apps settings, quite ridiculous that i had to do thst. I had to go in the site on my browser to pay, which surprise! doesn't work either! terrible company.

I wish there were other ways to get television with local channels. My bill with dish went from $99, $110, and just keeps going up. Lately, I've paid $157.89, and today it's over $160! Also, I've had automatic payments since we started with them about 10 years or more ago, and suddenly that stopped, and they claimed I never did have automatic payments! Of course, you can't argue with them because they're "always" right! Sooo frustrating....we are looking at other options for television. Fed up!
