Ratings and reviews

After having had enough of the failing 'new' equipment (DTV's Genie2) problems of pausing, volume quiting, etc. and them refusing to admit that it had problems (or fix) ... we switched to Dish! Update: About every other month, I have to delete 'all data' from the app for it to run at all. Otherwise, it just sits there at the Dish logo screen, with no login success. All I try to do is pay my bill!

Piece if garbage. Used to be useful for paying my bill but lately you can't get past the login logo. It will ask for biometric prompt then just sit there. Can't use it for ANYTHING other than taking up space on phone. Tried clearing the data...nothing! Tried removing and reinstalling...NOTHING!! BUT...Dish will be sure to let you know when you're a day late on your bill because you can't use their app to pay it.

A few months ago when the app was down and I kept trying to pay my bill I was being charged a $10.00 late fee, the message I kept getting said we didn't have to pay the fee because their system was down. I still ended up Paying the fees. I changed my package because dish keeps dropping channels and rates keep going up. I have the minimum now and getting ready to pay my bill and they charged a $12.00 late fee!!! I refuse to pay it
