I wish there were other ways to get television with local channels. My bill with dish went from $99, $110, and just keeps going up. Lately, I've paid $157.89, and today it's over $160! Also, I've had automatic payments since we started with them about 10 years or more ago, and suddenly that stopped, and they claimed I never did have automatic payments! Of course, you can't argue with them because they're "always" right! Sooo frustrating....we are looking at other options for television. Fed up!

The app for my android hasn't worked for about a month now. I've always paid my bill through it. More convenient than logging into my laptop. I've tried to uninstall it and reinstall it and nothing. I've cleared the cache and data. Nothing. Spoke to a rep and they offered no solution other than they would inform the IT department. Between the poor operation of their systems and the ever increasing bill, it's time to cut them loose since we can now acces streaming services unavailable before.

Got a new card in January and had to update my card to continue our auto pay. It's kind of hard to do that when the app shuts down after I enter my login information. Try to pay it online and I get "well, this is embarrassing. It looks like we're experiencing issues with the site." I have to click pay my bill resulting in having to search through countless emails to find the 16 digit account number! I get it being down for a bit, but this is ridiculous. Going on 5 months.
