Edit: not going to Update still->Thanks reviewers! I've not updated since my initial install. I'm glad I've held off. Can't risk having a worse experience! Dish, this technology is decades old, do you need a referral for a real app programmer? You lied to me and my family for years.Esp during your poorly done cheap installs. Edit; forced to new version, hoping the stuttering and connection issues are corrected. Home vs Android experience vs PC are inconsistent.

So doesn't work. I can't log in because it says it can't retrieve information from "Radish". I can't pair using my receiver. I enter the code and after a minute, I get a message it won't work. Dish Network is falling apart. Between losing numerous stations, an app that doesn't work, bad customer service and taking forever to send a technician when you have an issue, this company has gone from best to worst in one year. Very sad. I'm switching my service.

Update: Now an ad comes on the screen & won't leave. I'm fed up. It seems to work when it feels like it - about 50 % of the time! I did all the tips - rebooting, uninstalling apps, router, my phone, etc. I haven't changed anything! It's just sometimes it works - then it doesn't! Very unreliable and frustrating! I see a lot of unhappy reviews - some from quite awhile ago. Why isn't this being fixed??!!?? After thinking about it, the app should be named more appropriately - "Dish Nowhere".
