I've lost all of the characters we purchased. I can't get ahold of anyone to get them back. UPDATE I have spent a month going back and forth with their "IT" through email. They are now releasing one of the characters I BOUGHT every 4 weeks. It is incredibly disappointing. If you are ever planning on changing phones or deleting the app, they will not restore purchases. I bought a new phone.

Motivates my kids to brush and helps with getting all the quadrants. However, the sticker scenes are incredibly frustrating. We were excited about the new feature for new motivation but it doesn't work. Earning a new scene is a moving target. It will give a date when you can get a new scene, and then continually move it by 2 days. It's worth using but still buggy.

At first the app was great, however, it hasn't had any updates and stop scanning different Disney tags and now they want to sell them separately. Also, takes a while to do anything, you have to wait for any action to finish before pressing anything else. Also, no cloud save so only 1 phone can be used at any given moment. Even worse now, while verifying the account settings, when closing the settings, the whole account got deleted.
