Will not scan anything. Edit: I had reviewed and followed the instructions before posting my review. If you read other reviews, you will see this is not an isolated incident. I have attempted scanning under different lighting, different angles on the image, different distances than recommended after the recommended way failed numerous times. I've probably put an hour into trying to scan images (cumulatively) and no results.

Great concept, but flawed. The app works fine, and the kids love it, but it has 2 major flaws: 1. No cross platform compatibility, so tracks on Mum's & Dad's phones separately. Not ideal when they're aiming to get a star for brushing for a consecutive number of days. 2. What rocket scientist decided it was a good idea to have 200 Frozen stickers but only 33 Spider Man??? Try explaining that to the kids when they're brushing together.

My son has been using the app for a very long time and loves it. I had a very upset 5 year old when it wouldn't load this morning after an update and tried everything, clearing cache, restarting phone etc but when it still wasn't working this evening I had to reinstall.. Which fixed the app but lost all of his sticker books and stickers. He had almost every book and had completed a few. I no longer have the products to scan either. Needless to say we've just had a few tears. Very unhappy parent.
