Ratings and reviews

It's unacceptable that, despite years of reviews noting the how poor the app functionality is when casting, nothing has been done about it. Playback freezes and you have to fast forward to get it to play. It doesn't correctly track where you stopped viewing. It's also annoying and unnecessary to have to keep clicking the "View more" button when you want to scroll down the list of episodes. Shocked that a big brand like Disney has such a poor UX like this.

There is an annoying long standing bug where typing the parental PIN using Microsoft SwiftKey keyboard registers as double or triple taps & causes the login to fail, where I have to delete & retype every single digit of the PIN. Or I can temporarily change to a different keyboard *just* to enter Disney+ PIN. OnePlus 13 & Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. Otherwise, this app is fine. It streams & doesn't crash so much anymore. I'd like a biometric login option.

Disney Plus, this is the second year in a row you've attempted to take my yearly subscription renewal on a weekend - and an entire day before the date of renewal. My 5 stars are now zero and I am considering cancelling the entire thing outright. Do better and don't try to take my money before it is due.
