Ratings and reviews

Shows are good. But location restrictions are ridiculous. I pay for the service, but travel a lot and the app does not work once you leave your country. you cannot even watch downloaded content outside your borders. VPN is blocked. This sucks. In this day and age, one should be able to access the content you pay for, no matter where you are. Disappointed.

I’m honestly very disappointed with this app. It constantly lags, making it frustrating to use. Even when I have a strong Wi-Fi signal, there are frequent connectivity issues that interrupt streaming. On top of that, the downloads don’t play at all, which defeats the whole purpose of being able to watch offline. For a paid service, I expected much better performance and reliability. Unfortunately, this app feels like a waste of money. Netflix is far more convenient and reliable in comparison.

Disney+ has great shows and movies but the app really doesn't work well. It doesn't update the "continue watching" section on TV series I watch. I have to keep going into the series and finding the last episode I watched. Sometimes after an episode ends, it freezes and the next episode won't play so I need to go back in and restart it. There are also times where I can't cast onto my TV (I have the upper level package). Just plain frustrating.
