App is good. The downloading system needs a redo, I hate it when I download a series and some episodes get mixed up (they're not downloaded in order) also needs to have a category feature so when you download different series or movie it's easier to find, lastly a mass download (there should be and option to download the entire season so you don't have to download each episode manually), also a mass delete function would be awesome. Great app!

Look, I love watching Originals, and a lot of films I watched as a kid, but this app is underwhelming, coming from a billion dollar industry. There's this issue, where the screen just turns black, although the video is playing, it's just audio, and keeps loading. It's frustrating. Secondly, individual downloading on shows. Come on. I'm not going to click each one of them just to download all ten episodes. But I'm really frustrated with the black screen issue.. pls fix. Thank you.

I attempted to delete my account because I am unable to use it properly. I used the correct email address for my subscription; however, I was repeatedly redirected and did not receive the confirmation email as prompted. I also tried deleting my account multiple times, but it keeps redirecting me to instructions on how to delete it without actually completing the deletion. The process goes in circles and the account remains active. This has been very frustrating.
