I downloaded several movies on Disney Plus in preparation for a 13-hour power outage, expecting to be able to watch them offline. Unfortunately, when I tried to play the downloaded content, all I got was a black screen. None of the movies would play, which completely defeated the purpose of downloading them in advance. This was very frustrating, especially since I relied on the app during a time with no electricity. The offline feature clearly didn’t work as expected, and it made the whole exper

The signup and payment process was frustrating, and the service felt misleading. I subscribed to the annual plan expecting Full HD streaming on laptops, only to discover that it only supports 720p on that device. While I do have a TV and a phone, I prefer watching on my laptop after gaming. Because of this limitation, the service now feels overpriced and not worth it, given the lower resolution available on my preferred device.

Hi there, please note that if you’re using browsers like Chrome and Firefox, the maximum video quality supported is 720p. Safari supports maximum video quality up to 1080p. Thank you.

The application is very difficult to use and is not user-friendly at all. It keeps sending the same email repeatedly, and I have to keep entering my phone number over and over again. There is also no clear option or guide on how to proceed with subscribing or signing up for an account. It is extremely frustrating. I honestly hope other K-drama providers stop streaming on this platform unless they improve the user experience.
