This app is a hot mess. It uses LevelUp's platform which is full of bugs, poorly laid out and makes no sense. You need to create a 'payment token' (add a credit card) before you can do anything. Then you go to pay and are confusingly asked to add another credit card or use your LevelUp card. I had a $5 credit from a billing error for another LevelUp restaurant app (they refused to refund me). My credit appears on this restaurant app, but I can't use it. Avoid anything from LevelUp.

Pretty mediocre. It deletes my cart sometimes. Or it won't let me delete an item from my cart. It gives me an error when I order even though it goes thru and I get a confirmation email. It won't let me push the button to say I'm out front when I arrive. We have not had a problem with the accuracy of orders because of this, but there's always some problem with the ordering process. Always.

Like the business, but the app doesn't work. The walk in business has only kiosks for you to order yourself. No one orders or takes payment. So it makes sense for the app to be important for ordering, rather than ordering at the kiosks for to go orders. Today I ordered something and got another. The receipt that came with my food had my name and incorrect order on it. I checked the app and my order was correct there. So I ordered the right stuff and the restaurant got something else.
