It sounds cool and easy....until you realize/find out that your "round-up savings" are NOT automatically taken from your acct at the time you make purchases like other programs. Essentially, you are paying a subscription fee to see how much will be deducted at a later date vs automatically being deducted and held until you reach the minimum amount to send a payment (which also has an additional processing fee to send said payment)! What's the point aside from being another paid subscription?!?

couldnt use the app, but giving 4 stars. the payments weren't compatible with my student loans which i didn'tknow when i downloaded and purchased the subscription. However, the customer service was fantastic, I was given a full refund and the service was fast and friendly. Definitely make sure the app works for your intended needs before buying. the good service makes me wish it had worked for me.

This app used to steal or withdraw money from my account without my permission and made some of my credit card accounts go into overdraft or over the credit limit. Sometimes the payment would come back as returned (unpaid). I will not use this app again. The representative reached out to me and said they did not take money out of my account without my permission when they did it anyways. Do not link your accounts, otherwise money will get stolen out of your account. No number to call either!!
