The Patient Portal is a personal space from which you can access your medical history, diagnostic tests, clinical reports, manage your medical appointments and have follow-up without waiting or traveling.

The app is quite helpful and full of useful features. Great job Android team! Unfortunately, the server team is letting the whole company down and failing to deliver the experience demanded by customers. It's embarrassing. Over and over the servers go down, for hours at a time. Unacceptable for a professional app.

That's disaster. Basic controls on login screen do not respond (like display password button or suggestions link). When they require to upload documents, several fields are not uploadable, they suggest to fill support form in case of issues, but you can send it without healthcenter selected, while the aelectbox is empty 🫠 Rare example of negligence.

In-person services experience was great therefore we decided to use their app and considered the option to subscribe to their digital services. After contacting them twice more than 4 working days later I am still to receive a response in regards to my inquiry. I find this disappointing and I am sad to say that the digital services are a long way from meeting expectations. This would had been a great option for me and my family in the current pandemic climate but I will give it a pass
