Use geolocation and the Quick Purchase function to buy your tickets without delay. Pay however you like from among the many payment methods available (Credit Cards, Paypal, Google Pay, Satispay, Amazon Pay or bank transfer) or use your CartaFRECCIA/X-GO points, Bonuses, Credits or Gift Cards.

Manage your journey directly from the Home Page, check all information on the status of the train, and check in to confirm your presence on board. Simultaneously manage your Business profile alongside your personal one, by switching easily between them!

NEW: What’s more, from 30 June you can plan your journey from the first mile to the last directly from the Home Page, by entering your departure and arrival addresses! Where available, you will be shown travel solutions with multiple means of transport.

As per usual with trenitalia, issues upon issues. Can't change the app's language: it's stuck in English which doesn't let me see the news or promotions. Can't check in for regional trains when it's late: most regionals are late, and if you wait to see if it actually comes then you can't check in anymore. Marvellous experience as always, thank you Trenitalia

Yesterday I needed 2h to buy the ticket over the aplication. Today I bought the ticket on the automat and choose the time. The concucter came in the train and asked me if I had validated it. Why I should validate if I have choosen the time on the automat? Yes, this is Italy and you have to do it over and over and over again. So I have to pay 5eur additionaly for the validation even I didn't know I had to do one.

Completely antiquated with rigid terms such as fixed regional train instead of the whole day flexibility that most other major railway companies in Europe are offering. Difficult to use and betrays the crippling bureaucracy of a backward country
