About this app

This app automatically calculates a custom pyramid workout schedule for you, based on the weight and repetitions you successfully performed, to help build both fast twitch and slow twitch muscle fibers. A pyramid workout schedule decreases the repetitions per set of each exercise while increasing the weight per repetition. On a 6 week or 12 week schedule, each exercise is repeated weekly until the "max out" (single repetition week), then the pyramid is automatically recalculated based on your single repetition maximum weight.
