Stop chasing paper signatures and expense sheets over email. Dokuflex puts time tracking, digital signatures, expenses, workflows, leave and documents into a single app — built for people who don't sit at a fixed desk.
WHY DOKUFLEX
Your team is on the move. Dokuflex moves with them. Designed for site, route, customer and warehouse: it works on phone and tablet, in light or dark mode, and one tap gets you what used to take half an afternoon of paper and email.
Whatever your administrator configures on the Dokuflex server appears in the app automatically: shifts, forms, folders, expense categories, signature templates. You just tap and work.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
✅ Digital time tracking. Clock in, pause and clock out with one tap. Live timer, monthly calendar with shifts and public holidays, and weekly hour totals.
✅ PDF e-signatures. Draw your signature with your finger or use biometric signing with fingerprint or face. The signed document goes straight back to the server.
✅ Expenses and expense sheets with OCR. Snap a photo of a receipt or invoice — the smart scanner crops and reads amount, date and merchant. Group receipts into expense sheets; out-of-policy expenses are saved and flagged.
✅ Workflows and forms. Fill in your company's business processes from your phone. Mark favourites for the ones you use every day.
✅ Document repository. Browse folders, open PDFs and images, and download what you need to view later.
✅ Secure transfers. Share files with a personal link per recipient, access code, expiry date, download limit and open tracking. Or just create the link and share it any way you like.
✅ Certified email. Send emails that hold up as proof: opens, devices, SHA-256 fingerprints and downloadable evidence, with optional SMS notice.
✅ One-time secrets. Share a password or key with a link that self-destructs once read, by email or SMS.
✅ Leave and holidays. Request days from the calendar with an always up-to-date balance, cancel approved holidays that haven't started yet and see who on your team is away.
