It was so easy to make an appointment using the application. Ive got a video call appointment in few hrs and as requested I've got a doctor who speaks English as well . The doctor had a really nice approach and clearly explained what's the next steps needed to be done. Will definitely use it again.

I really like the remote service offered - it's such a time saver - but it's a bit annoying that I've set up fingerprint access yet still have to manually login afterwards. If that part of the app was fixed, it would be perfect. Edit: After I mentioned the above, it's been perfect. Could have been my fault, sorry. All good now so 5 🌟

This app is useless as DKV uses it only selectively, only few medical reports are uploaded, I can't find reports which I was told will be there but are not. Please improve your digitalisation
