Worst insurance app of any company. Dkv should be ashamed and developer sacked. Yes I do have the latest version. Read all the other reviews. We can't all be wrong.

Bad App. 1€k per year for this nonsense. Won't allow you to log in by telling you if you have access online to "My Client Area" then you need to re-register. It then offers no way of using a new password yet won't recognise your okd password. Absolutely dire app. Will not be renewing next year. Like most things in Spain ambiguity and needless errors ruin everything and they hold themselves unnaccountable.

Hi Daniel, the accounts are different (one for "DKV Client Area" and one for "DKV I want to take care of myself").Register in the application if you have not done so before.If you need a new password, use the Forgot your password? option and you will receive an email to create a new one.You can contact us at soporte@dkvservicios.com for assistance

The app is really not worth the effort unless you enjoy waiting around and platitudes you can get at any website. The teleconsultation says you are x in queue, then it stays the same while you wait. If you do anything else on your phone it loses the connection. In the unlikely event that a doctor actually responds there is no notification, so when you return the doctor has closed the session. Generally very unsatisfactory.
