app worked great until they changed the name. it just sits on the first page, no sign in area.

I have issues trying to set up an external transfer, & when it comes to the verification code being sent to my email, it never comes through, despite that I always check that my email has no typos & that it's the correct one on file. Also, if &:whenever I have been able to verify the email, the test deposit email as the second step, never comes through

The app never works, eveytime i want to log in into my account it always says that their server is unavailable and to call them. But when you call they have you on hold for 1 hour. Overall save yourself the troubke dont go with this bank and dont download the app its a waste of time and storage space
