I liked that the app played a siren notification sound when a tow request came in. But I had to switch to a different phone recently. And since then, the sound doesn't play anymore. I've spent hours digging through my phone settings, as well as looking through the app but no luck. My old phone was a galaxy 22 ultra, and now it a galaxy A13. If anyone else is experiencing this issue, or even figured it out, please help me fix the issue. Aside from that though, great dispatch app

figured out the crash bug on my own. it will not work if you don't allow full access to anything it wants. ie pictures. so why give the option for limited access? App is useless trash and tech support does nothing about the crab reports. been trying to get it to work for a week now and the only way it does is initial download and login. after that any other attempt to use it it just crashes.

Can't put notes in on the cell phone platform. Takes up to a minute to upload data or retrieve data. And driver can go and change info. If a driver is assigned to the call it should be locked to that driver but it doesn't do that.
