The PhilaPark DLMS App provides PPA Drivers with all the tools to respond to tow requests by alerting users with notifications and alarms so that way you do not miss out on business. This includes GPS Based Dispatching based on your location while your app is in the background, updating the status of the tow, and updating and entering in vehicle information.
This App allows PPA Drivers to accept or reject tow requests created by PPA Officers or other PPA personnel. After accepting, the app allows users to update the tow status until the vehicle is dropped off at the tow lot.
The app allows users to take pictures and videos and enter in all necessary information about the vehicle. The app allows PPA personnel to track the status in real-time in GovTow as the driver updates the information.
This app allows PPA lot personnel to manage all aspects of vehicle inventory for all PPA Tow Lot locations. Users are able to enter in all necessary information about the vehicle and its status, including its condition, location on the lot, and disposition.
Users can take pictures and videos of any and all vehicles and enter in vehicle inventory information. Users are able to enter in and edit vehicle information such as license plate and VIN and vehicle location at the tow lot.
Users are able to print out and scan barcode labels using the app. Using the scanning functionality of the app, they can quickly verify lot inventory as they scan all vehicles on lot. They are also able to use the app to to enter in Auction information and bids on vehicles. Users are able to release vehicles off the lot that have been auctioned. Users are able to upload release documents and mark vehicles as released off the lot.
