I tried 3 different heart rate apps and the readings on all 3 were close. Readings were 81 84 75. I didn't choose this one. I choose a free one. It's a decent app though. Cancelled after the free trial. Easy to use. Accurate. I didn't see any options or settings. Two options to measure. The accurate BPM option takes a long time. I never finished the scan any time I tried to check it. The quick measure option is quick but it took a couple of tries to actually complete and save.

It's actually pretty accurate. I finally got a SpO2 monitor and compared the two heart rate results. This app comes close or dead on each time. This is great when you're in a pinch and have no access to a proper monitor for whatever reason. I don't need the app anymore, but I'm grateful for what it did when I used it, and much thanks to the developers. I'm disabled and chronically ill on a fixed income, love that this is paid for with ads and not by charging us.

I tested this apps "accurate BPM measurement option" against the BPM showing in the blood pressure machines in two pharmacies. This apps BPM pulse rate was spot on or just a beat off compared to the pharmacy that had the newer machine. I did the comparison test several times. The London Drugs machine was quite dated, maybe 20 years old and the readings were quite different. I dismissed the readings of the dated machine
