I got a new phone and when trying to login it kept getting stuck and not letting login. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, was able to login under my same email and all my points and previous badges are gone. To make it worse there is nowhere to go for support. no option on the app or Williams website that I can find. I did find an email on the play store, wrote an email and it promptly bounced. hard to support the team this way. Come on, do better.

One star. If I could give 0, I would. I used to love the Williams app, I even had it at 5 stars, but ever since the update it's been broken for me, my friends, and family. It crashes all the time and rarely loads and if it does load, it often wont let me login. I've also had experiences where I will claim a badge but it does not register. Often when I click on Articles it will give me an error screen. This app is generally not enjoyable anymore.

Definitely not a fan of the new version, most of it is not working and is anti user. So hard to find anything and they have shrunk and partially hidden the badges that are the best part of the app. But the worst thing is that you cannot personalised what notification you get from app. And there are so many of them!!! Like after FP1 & 2 from I got bunch of notifications on what positions Alex and Carlos are. It was spamming my phone so much that I disabled all of the notifications.
