Avoid this app. I paid for tickets and received blank ticket forms with no names, seat numbers, or barcodes. They were unusable, and I had to buy replacement tickets at the venue. Customer support asked me to answer multiple questions and promised a response within five days. I provided everything they requested, but after that they stopped responding. Now I'm forced to file a chargeback through my bank. Very disappointing experience.

Confusing, garbage app and customer service. I tried to buy a parking pass and was charged for two without knowing because the app was freezing and erroring out. The company refused to cancel the extra charge and told me to sell the extra pass if I wanted my money back. The interface is confusing, and I'm not even sure how to do this without losing the pass I need. I'll avoid using Seatgeek from now on knowing their technical failures become customers' problems.

Every time I try to sign in to manage notifications, unsubscribe from emails, or delete my account, the sign-in code fails with a 403 error. The login process is so bad it must be malicious. The "unsubscribe" page has a lot of options but no buttons to choose those options. How many deceptive design methods can an app have before customers realize it's predatory?
