I love using SeatGeek! It's easy to find the exact venue and seats that you want! There's no hidden costs, because the price is exactly what you see with the fees already added in. The tickets are right there on the app when you need them!!! I've used them to buy sports tickets and concert tickets. They also have the best prices!!

Horrible to find tickets in a particular section and row. My wife and I bought tickets. Later we had friends that said they would like to go with us. There is no way to enter your section and row to see tickets available there. You have to scroll through available tickets searching for your section and row. In filters it has sections, but not numbers, it has end zone, mid field, etc. You also can't enter exactly what you want in the search bar and have it find it for you. Horrible app.

so far every time I go on the website I have problems. initially in purchasing tickets to the Ed Sheeran concert it looked like the initial purchase did not go through so I re-entered the information. then I realized I had purchased twice so instead of spending $313 I spent over $600. so I had to work through getting that second set of tickets off. Now I went in to purchase a pass for parking and the same thing happened, & I can't figure out how to access them GRRRR!
