About this app

The mobile biometric control application was designed to modernize the process of verifying the existence of policyholders benefiting from a French pension residing abroad.

The existence check ensures the continuity of payment of the retirement pension.
In order to optimize and modernize this process, the “My life certificate” application will allow:
- to verify the identity of a person
- to declare marital status according to your fund
- modify your sending channel
- and generate a dematerialized life certificate automatically transmitted to your cash registers.


To log in, you must scan the QR code on your mail or email sent by Info-retraite.

Union Retraite is the public interest group (GIP) which brings together basic and supplementary pension organizations. Under the Info Retraite brand, it offers services developed jointly by all plans to simplify retirement for policyholders. These services are available on the website common to all pension plans, www.info-retraite.fr, and on those of certain plans. The My Retirement Account application offers simple, practical and secure access to some of these services.

App does not work. I spent several hours over 3 days uploading a photo of my passport and a mugshot, and both were rejected every time during 30+ attempts. Had to download certificate and get it signed by my local council.

Amazing, no more appointments at the comune di Roma! The only issue was that it froze at the end when it said that it was validating biometrics, so I pressed the back key which caused an exit from the app. When I re-entered the app the certificate was available and valid....

There was a problem with the camera giving a blue tinge on my Motorola G84 so it didn't verify. However, on my older G7 it worked 1st time, so I recommend if it fails to try on a different device. This will save me a lot of bother in the future.
