Do you go to the gym just to “fatigue” yourself? Many people spend a lot of time and effort training regularly without getting results.

At DOCE we want you to achieve the best possible results both in the short term and in the medium and long term. We don't want you to just go to the gym to "get tired" without more, but we want your performance to improve and get better and better results.

Our training plans include:

1. Exercises, series, repetitions, tempo (speed of execution of each repetition) and suggested weight.
2. You will be able to watch videos of all the exercises of your training phase, so that you know how to execute them correctly.
