DocPulse Meet My Doctor provides you access to your doctor online. You can schedule appointments, consult online, get prescriptions and manage records. In case if your doctor is nor present, do let us know, and we will get them on board.

Please do not offer services if you can't confirm the schedule. I had a video consultation appointment, doctor didn't join even after 20 min, the app doesn't provide any support, they just redirect to some phone number, when i called the number nobody know about this appointment and the doctor was in rounds in some other location. Looks like these guys schedule appointment without confirming with doctor and then do not provide any support.

Neither they answer the call nor they call back. Even the doctor didn't joined for the online consultation. At least they should understand if someone is approaching a doctor it is really needed and should help instead of disconnecting the call. I don't know how many times I would have called and they kept on disconnecting. would have appreciated if they could have told the truth.

In these pandemic times i had to come back to my hometown where there isn't a lot of options to consult good doctors without stepping out. It was then, that i found out about this app. Since I installed this app, it has been an amazing experience. I have been able to consult experts without exposing myself to the chaos out there.
