About this app

**Turn one spreadsheet and one template into hundreds of personalized documents — in seconds.
**Docs+ takes your Excel data and a Word template, matches them automatically, and generates a ready-to-use document for every row. No formulas, no manual copy-pasting, no coding.**

**How to Use**

**1. Select your Excel file**
Tap "Select Excel File" and choose your .xlsx spreadsheet. Keep your column headers in row 1 (e.g. NAME, DEPT, SALARY, EMAIL) — these become the data fields the app works with.

**2. Select your Word template**
Tap "Select Word Template" and choose your .docx file. Anywhere you want data inserted, add a placeholder in double curly braces that matches one of your Excel column names — for example, {{NAME}} where a name should appear, {{SALARY}} where a salary should appear.

**3. Review the automatic match**
The moment both files are selected, Docs+ scans them and displays every Excel column as a tag:
• Green = this column has a matching placeholder and will be filled into your documents
• Blue = this column exists in your Excel but isn't used in your template (safe to ignore, or add a placeholder for it if you want it included)

A summary line confirms exactly how many columns matched and how many documents will be generated — one per spreadsheet row.

**4. Generate all documents**
Tap "Generate All Documents." A live progress bar tracks the app as it builds one personalized document per row.

**5. Open your files**
A success message confirms completion and shows the output file. Open it right from the dialog, or find it anytime in the app's Documents folder.

**Starting a new batch**
Tap "Reset" to clear both files and load a different spreadsheet and template — useful for switching between document types (e.g. salary slips one batch, certificates the next).

**If something goes wrong**
If a file can't be read or a document fails to generate, PDF Generator shows a clear on-screen message explaining the issue, so you know exactly what to fix before trying again.
