Ratings and reviews

Yet another rating change. App no longer syncs reliably & cannot be opened on 2 phones at once. Now looking for a different tracker for my dog. Change rating from 2-4 stars after publisher app update. Sync is MUCH more reliable & app shows when sync is in process. Publisher was very responsive to my concerns with the app & helped with troubleshooting before the redesign (Original post: does not update regularly. have to uninstall & reinstall. seems like an Android version problem)

the app is really unresponsive and when I tried calling to get help and ask questions I was hung up on. I called well within the business hours as well. theres no way to speak to a person it seems and I'm very annoyed by all of this.

It's a neat app that is a cool idea but the main reason I got it was for the tracker and it's not very accurate. It's constantly saying he left the home boundary and is streets away even though he's in the living room. Even the location portion doesn't say he is at the right house. I didn't expect it to be this inaccurate for as expensive as it is. If I pay 230 bucks for something I'd expect it to perform as advertised. So far it has not been worth the money that I spent on it.
