Ratings and reviews

Change rating from 2-4 stars after publisher app update. Sync is MUCH more reliable & app shows when sync is in process. Publisher was very responsive to my concerns with the app & helped with troubleshooting before the redesign (Original post: does not update regularly. have to uninstall & reinstall. seems like an Android version problem)

This is a fantastic app! I love that it's available for everyone in case of an emergency!

It's a neat app that is a cool idea but the main reason I got it was for the tracker and it's not very accurate. It's constantly saying he left the home boundary and is streets away even though he's in the living room. Even the location portion doesn't say he is at the right house. I didn't expect it to be this inaccurate for as expensive as it is. If I pay 230 bucks for something I'd expect it to perform as advertised. So far it has not been worth the money that I spent on it.
