Ratings and reviews

Yet another rating change. App no longer syncs reliably & cannot be opened on 2 phones at once. Now looking for a different tracker for my dog. Change rating from 2-4 stars after publisher app update. Sync is MUCH more reliable & app shows when sync is in process. Publisher was very responsive to my concerns with the app & helped with troubleshooting before the redesign (Original post: does not update regularly. have to uninstall & reinstall. seems like an Android version problem)

the app is really unresponsive and when I tried calling to get help and ask questions I was hung up on. I called well within the business hours as well. theres no way to speak to a person it seems and I'm very annoyed by all of this.

is a great tool to keep track of my dogs health and activity. Recently, he got loose through an open gate at a offleash area. I was able to track him through the woods and knew the area he was in. I also knew when he returned to the offleash area and was able to bring him home safely!
