### How to use the universal remote:

4. Choose a brand
5. Aim IR at the TV and match a code set (try Power, etc.)
6. (Optional) Pair Bluetooth for keyboard / touchpad / mouse
7. Done—your phone TV remote is ready

No IR blaster? Skip IR matching and try Bluetooth (waking a fully powered‑off TV may be limited).

### Important notes:

- IR needs a phone with an **IR emitter / IR blaster**. Aim at the TV’s IR window.
- Without IR, try **Bluetooth HID** as a phone remote for Android TV or other Bluetooth‑remote TVs.
- No Wi‑Fi smart‑protocol control (unlike some SmartCast / Roku / Fire Stick–style apps) and no file transfer to the TV.
- IR codes are from common mappings—**not OEM certification**. Try another set, update the catalog, or import your own codes.
