VoiceRec is a local voice recorder and voice memo app built around a simple loop: start recording, play back, and organize — fast to open, easy to find, clear to manage.

No account needed for core recording. Use it for meeting recording, lecture recording, interviews, voice notes, and quick ideas — from capture to cleanup on your phone.

**1) Recording & quality**
- Higher-quality recording with pause / resume / stop

- Recognition runs locally; recording audio is not uploaded to our servers for transcription
- One-time offline model download required (needs network)
- Save, copy, or share results on your device

Note: accuracy depends on accent, noise, device performance, and similar factors; results are for reference only.

**Clear limits (please read)**
We keep expectations honest:
- Core recording, playback, trim, markers, and management stay on the device
- No account login and no cloud sync / cloud backup service
- **Call recording is not supported**; VoiceRec is not a phone-call recorder
- We do not claim “fully offline with zero network use”: optional transcription needs a model download; basic analytics and crash diagnostics may be used to improve stability (see Privacy Policy)
