I'm really enjoying the workouts, but the app consistently rests my progress back to day one. Therefore, I'm not getting effective training in and it's more of a headache and time to get the app to work than it is to do the workout. I will be unsubscribing from the service until that's fixed. It's a bit frustrating.

Workouts are ok, but not really for beginners. I injured my shoulder the first week trying to do the planks with shoulder taps, and the second week, I could feel that the crab with toe touches was going to destroy my elbows/shoulders and gave up. This was on "beginner" setting, and I don't have any prior joint injuries/ailments. As someone else noted, the app keeps wanting to kick you back to week one even after marking the exercises complete.

Thank you for your review. We never claimed this app was for beginners so I am sorry it did not suit you. It sounds like you need a low impact app.

This app is fantastic and worth every penny!🤗💕 I'm the worst when it comes to keeping a schedule, so the app helps me to stay on track. Within the first week I lost 6 pounds and 29cm (full body in total). My confidence is getting better everyday and I'm starting to feel stronger and the diet plan is working so well! I highly recommend this diet!
