Great collection of sounds--if you just want to play dog sounds from the app. It doesn't connect with phone OS or other phone apps--at least not obviously, which means, if it can be connected, that it can't be connected EASILY, and who has or wants to spend the time figuring that out?--so that the sounds can be used for ringtones, alarms, notifications, etc., rendering it pretty useless.

If you need a soundboard of dog noises, this app can't be beat! We use this along with a stuffed toy dog to help reactive dogs learn to calm down in a safe environment. Simply tapping a button in the app adds another layer of challenge by making the toy "bark" and there are so many different barks you can always find one that's the right fit. The best-designed apps are often the ones that pick one goal and do an amazing job of it, and this is a perfect example.

Ad noise -kills- the Security use of this app: We think the app could help scare intruders away... but - in our first test - we got some non-Dog "ad noise" that (even once) could let an intruder know he's hearing a recording. Either disable ad noise, put it at the end (when we're about to Exit the app), Or tell us when to expect it (so we won't do what enables it). Better: Warn us with a blinking alert Before the ad noise is played... & let us Cancel it.
