If the orientation is locked, other apps can't change the orientation. For example:
Fullscreen video want change it to landscape.

This app have a widget. If you want to add widget:
Go to homescreen and hold down your finger on empty space, select widgets and slide the screen until find it

Good app, it even fixed my screen. My phone's screen has an issue on the bottom of it which freezes it. But, once I installed this app, it just rotated the screen and now I can use all the elements on the bottom without rotating my phone upside down or using either of my two mice (my Redmi Note 3 supports OTG). Works 98% of the time. And why were you debugging your phone in which you took screenshots and uploaded them to the Play Store?

Software is not strong enough to hold on different phones it is not compatible enough.
