Ratings and reviews

The app is extremely buggy. Logs me out regularly and all I get is error messages trying to log back in or reset my password. If this happens on a weekend, you can't get in touch with anyone to help and I have to hope that my dog doesn't chose to leave the yard on Saturdays or Sundays when something isn't working.l

The notifications have entirely too much latency. I want to know immediately if there is an issue. There are simple fixes to this, if only the company would bother.

App regularly errors out trying to log in and change password. Cannot even use it
