The only issue I have is that there is no starting time on here. I purposefully chose midday as my stopping time, that when I woke up in the morning, I only had to wait a few hours before getting my next 24 hour abstinence. However this app does not recognise this, so it always out. In the end I uninstalled and reinstalled, put myself down as a day later. Also never been able to play the snake game, too frustrating. A choice of games would be good.

Found the app extremely helpful during my mission to quit smoking. Currently on my 33rd day smoke-free and found this was a very helpful companion. As someone who plays a lot of video games I enjoyed the achievement badges a real plus. Stopping smoking is one of the hardest things you can do, but if I can do it, anybody can. Good luck to everyone trying, you've got this!

Iv only just started using this app and so far I find it very good and helpful, we need all the help we can and this app will be an extra piece of help to keep me motivated in staying smoke free. I'm now pleased to say iv completed 28 days of not smoking! I am so pleased. This app is great and has really helped me in my quit journey. I highly recommend it.
