Amazing app! Please update for after achieving 28 days. Would be amazing to have this updating you with facts of how heath is getting better as the months and years go on. Has so much potential! Some things are a little outdated, for example the information/video regarding vapes is around 8 years old.

I found this app to be very usefull in helping me to stop smoking. (35 days now) very good advice, with badges to win and plenty of usefull advice and encouragement all the way... However only the 4*, because after the first 28 days, no more support is offered, and your final badge is in a years time so the app should go beyond 28 days to a full year... That said, well worth downloading and giving it a try.

I'm finding this app really useful with my journey in quitting smoking. The advice is really helpful. I found the section on thinking about where the triggers are and pre-planning when I was likely to want a cigarette helpful and encouraging. Nearly 3 weeks in and going strong. 😁
