Set your phone on your desk. back-up watches how you sit and gives you a gentle nudge the moment your back starts to curve.
No account or app backend. No video ever leaves your phone.
WHAT IT DOES
• Live posture check — the front camera reads your sitting posture on the device, frame by frame.
• A nudge, not a scolding — a soft alert when you slouch, and silence when you're fine.
• Privacy screen — cover the camera preview so you're not staring at your own face all day.
• Break reminders — sitting still for hours is its own problem, so back-up tells you to stand up.
• Your day in numbers — today's summary, the last 7 days, and the hours when your posture usually falls apart.
BUILT FOR PEOPLE WHO SIT ALL DAY
Students, desk workers, anyone whose lower back has opinions by 4 p.m. back-up is made to be switched on and forgotten.
PRIVACY, PLAINLY
Every camera frame is processed on the device and thrown away. Posture history also stays on the device. If app usage analytics or crash and error reports are enabled in Settings, app-usage or diagnostic information that is not linked to an app account is sent to Google Firebase; it never includes camera video or posture history. For returning users, Google may show an app open ad at launch or on an eligible return to the Statistics or Settings screen, with at least 30 minutes between app open ads. A small banner remains above the bottom navigation on the main screens. Clear your posture history any time in Settings.
